Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Smooth mobile application (the “App”) operated by Smooth (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Smooth is an AI-powered assistant that generates conversation reply suggestions based on screenshots you provide from dating apps. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze screenshots and produce multiple reply options for you to consider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a subscription service (“Smooth Pro”) that provides access to the reply generation feature. Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings under Subscriptions
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Use the App for harassment, abuse, or any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App
